Day 6 Maeda Point

We all got up early this morning to go down to the seawall so we could see Drew scuba diving. while he was underwater and we where waiting we spent time finding sea shells. We ended up coming home with a bunch of beautiful shells. some that we couldn't find in the USA. I didn't even take pictures of all the shells we brought home.
It was raining off and on the whole time we where out there. By the time we left there the sun decided to come out and it ended up being a beautiful day. We decided to take Grandma and Poppy to Maeda Point so they can see a beautiful view. We spent some time walking around and looking at all the sea urchin's.

Day 5

Today we went and stood in line so we could see Elmo live. There was a few hundred people in line in front of us already and we were there an hour early. Needless to say we didn't make it into see the show. Poor Ashlin was so upset that she couldn't see Elmo so we took her shopping at the BX exchange instead. While shopping we learned that there was an auction at one of the stores. So we went there and purchased a couple of things. Vases, Jade figurine, plates, jewelry and much more. We stopped in at my favorite place the Marine Gift shop and bought some silk scarves and pretty paintings. After a day of shopping we ended up at American Village for dinner. Grandma and Poppy got to try the soba and dumplings. Took some silly pictures of us in the Monkey Hardware store. this place has a little bit of everything there. Ashlin's favorite are the fish and puppies.

Day 4 Poppy's Birthday

We asked Poppy what he wanted to do for his birthday and he said he wanted to go Antique shopping. So we went around to a couple of shops and discovered that things were way more expensive here than back in the states. While we where driving around looking for antique malls we found a shrine.
We took Poppy to Sam's Anchor Inn for dinner. One of our favorite restuarants. Afterwards we came back to our place and had cake and ice cream.
